In celebration of WNC’s Food Waste Reduction Month, we’re hosting some of Asheville’s favorite chefs to share creative dishes made from foods that might otherwise be thrown away. Guests can sample all the competing bites and vote for their favorite to crown our 2023 Taste It Don’t Waste It champion.
