 Beth Silverman : Beth Silverman is the founder and Executive Director of the Lotus Campaign, a nonprofit that uses private investment to create housing solutions for people experiencing homelessness. With a career spanning real estate development, public policy, and urban planning, Beth has led initiatives that connect landlords, nonprofits, and funders to build more equitable and resilient communities. Since 2018, her work has facilitated housing for over 700 individuals while proving that private enterprise can play a leading role in solving affordability challenges.

Ross E Hamilton : Ross Hamilton is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate investor who founded Connected Investors, the largest online marketplace connecting real estate buyers, sellers, and lenders. After selling the company in 2021, Ross shifted his focus toward tackling the affordable housing crisis through innovative, scalable solutions that merge private capital with social impact. Today, through his nonprofit SavingHomes, Ross explores creative approaches to making housing both profitable and sustainable for communities nationwide.

Anna Zuevskaya: Anna Zuevskaya helped launch the Asheville-Buncombe Community Land Trust and previously served on the West Side Community Land Trust founding board in Charlotte. With advanced urban planning and social work degrees, Anna brings a decade of experience working with grassroots organizations to create community-led housing solutions. Her passion lies in building wealth pathways for underserved communities through shared ownership models like land trusts and cooperatives, making housing stability and equity attainable for more families in WNC.
