Organic & Spent Fruit for Brewing, Tea & Spice Blends, and More

In the process of making our farm-to-can craft beverages, we juice hundreds of pounds of fruit a month, producing organic zest, spent ginger pulp, and other pressed fruit byproducts that still contain a great deal of flavor. Since we got started in 2017, we have been committed to a low-waste process that includes composting all our organic byproducts. The Full Fruit Life Program began when we realized our friends at local food and beverage brands were ordering zest, pulp, and fruit – often shipping it from far away – to create their flavors in spice and tea blends as well as distilled and craft-brewed beverages. We decided to provide that resource more locally and give our fruit another life.

Current Offerings

Currently our offerings include organic citrus zest - including lime, lemon, orange and grapefruit - organic ginger pulp, and NC-grown pressed blueberries.
