Kyah Ebert: Kyah Ebert is a 22-year-old real estate investor with a focus on vacation rentals. Kyah began through rental arbitrage and is now building a portfolio of owned properties. The majority of their income comes from short-term rentals, and Kyah is passionate about growing a presence in the real estate space. Before shifting to entrepreneurship at 18, Kyah was on the path to becoming a professional soccer player.
