Join us for the grand opening of Rattle Creek BBQ, our new onsite food truck serving up Cali-Mex meets Texas BBQ in the mountains.
Owner Mat spent years cooking in Austin, where he fell hard for low-and-slow brisket and bright, fresh flavors. He brought both to Asheville, and the result is a plate that’s rich, smoky, and insanely delicious! Expect BBQ plates, sandwiches, and tacos built around brisket, spare ribs, and pulled pork, with sides like guajillo crunch slaw, elote corn salad, and queso mac & cheese.
To celebrate, we’ve got live bluegrass from Andrew Wakefield and friends, free brisket samples while they last, and drink specials all night. Come hungry, bring your friends, and help us give Rattle Creek a proper mountain welcome.
