We are currently allowing dogs inside during hours that The Mule is open. They must remain leashed and with their owners at ALL times, and also be well-behaved. We appreciate your support in keeping our space safe and clean for everyone!

That’s the day these delicious babies got canned up – otherwise called a ‘Born-on-Date’! Enjoy!

Always! Our main mission is to use real ingredients (from real farms) to create our beverages. We will never use ‘natural flavors’ and will always be transparent about what’s in our drinks. We source our 100% Certified Organic Ginger Root, Lemons, Limes, and more from farmers and food distributors (linked) that we know & trust – we Keep It Simple and we Keep It Fresh!

Products

No need! Our brewing process allows us to never use preservatives whilst allowing for a long shelf life and shelf-stable products.

That’s a hard pass from us. We use 100% Certified Organic Cane Sugar (processed without the use of bone char), as well as Regional Honey from an upstate SC beekeeper, Bell Honey, who tends over 1000 bee colonies all over South Carolina. We believe in working with and sourcing from as many local & organic farms as possible.

One day many moons ago, as we were test batching what would become our Classic Ginger Beer.  Team-member Vashti, grabbed a piece of ginger root (which was strewn all over her kitchen), and went on an extended monologue about how the root resembled a Devil’s Foot. Needless to say, we were convinced. Then, after some research, we learned that the origin of the word ginger goes all the way back to Sanskrit – where it’s translated to ‘horn’ & ‘body’. Seems like Vashti was on to something…
