Start with Collins Glass with ice, then add:
2 oz Oak & Grist Dark Rhythm Gin
1.25 oz Chai Pear Shrub
0.5 oz Lime Juice
Mix all together, stir well 5 seconds, then top with 3 oz. Devil’s Foot Fuego Ginger Beer
Garnish with Cinnamon Stick
To make Chai Pear Shrub (makes 20 oz):
5 medium Pears, cut
2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
2 cups White Sugar Bring all to a boil and simmer 20 minutes; mash, let cool, and strain.
Add 1 teaspoon Chai Masala and stir well
