We’re Kicking Off Our Summer Reading Program with a Book Fair!
Come stock up on your kiddos’ must-read lists for the Summer at our Scholastic Book Fair! This four-day book fair runs at our place from Thursday June 25th through Sunday June 28th. Proceeds from the fair directly support Asheville City Schools Foundation.
Shop The Fair:
Thursday June 25th will feature food from the El Bogedon food truck, live music by ‘After Ours’ from 6-8pm, and a family friendly movie in our yard around 8pm! The Fair will be open at 2pm.
Friday June 26th: 12-4pm
Saturday June 27th: 12-8pm
Sunday June 28th: 12-6pm
What is the Summer Reading Program?
If you haven’t heard, Devil’s Foot Beverage has partnered with Pizza Mind & Asheville City Schools to create the Devil’s Foot Summer Reading Reward Program. The program invites kids of all ages to read 8 books and earn a 4-Pack of Farm-To-Can soda and 50% OFF a kid’s pizza. The program runs June 8th – September and you can grab your log here at The Mule, or download and print at home using the link above.
Can’t Make It But Still Want to Support The Fair & Asheville City Schools Foundation?
Scholastic offers a built-in giving platform called Share The Fair, from which your donations are directly used to purchase books for kids at the fair. You can also donate directly to ACSF through the donations page on their website.
